LIVING (PERFECT NUTRITION)

Your Food Shall be Plant Based in 2014

 
It simply means you have your meal based on vegetable. You may follow a plant-based diet for different reasons-religious, cultural or ethical-and to stay away from health problems.
-Build meals that are naturally low in fat and does not contain cholesterol. 
-Increase vegetable intake and cut saturate fat and cholesterol intake
-Replace meat and dairy product with fruit and vegetables and juices.
