ABOUT ELSIE:
Elsie-Coco Utong was born on July 7th, the last child in her family. She holds a BA in History and International Studies from the University of Calabar, Cross Rivers State, Nigeria.
HER PASSION:
Elsie-Coco discovered her passion for writing at the age of six. When she started school, she began imitating her English Reader, at the age of ten, she wrote her first story 'The Marriage In the Palace' an inspiration she got after reading the Well Loved Tale Series. She has two novellas to her credit, ‘Nursing Passion’ and ‘Dancing Princess’. After her National services to the nation, she freelanced briefly with National Mirror Newspaper on the Entertainment and lifestyle desk, this she did to confirm her career path. She is a die-hard blogger with seven blogs to her credit.
AS AN ON AIR PERSONALITY:
She co-presented CUPID FLAVOUR, a radio talk show on the stable of Federal Radio Cooperation Choice FM, 103.5 Lagos, now Radio One. Currently, she is presenting and producing her upcoming television show Big Sister Magazine Show.

THE CURVY WOMEN ADVOCATE:
As a curvy lady, Elsie’s developed a passion towards empowering and building the self esteem of the plus size women via columns inside Big Sister Magazine, a health and lifestyle magazine she published in 2011. She has since organized various empowerment workshops and seminars for her target audience. This automatically made her an advocate/ambassador for the plus sizes women. She is a guest speaker for Miss Big World Nigeria Beauty Pageant and Big Bold Models. She is the African director, The International Fuller Woman Expo Africa.
THE PLUS SIZE MODEL:
As a plus size model, Elsie done several photography modeling and runway shows for brands like Adaora Couture and Makani Couture. She is the immediate past face of Edima Makeovers.
