CYCLING
If
you have a bicycle, you can ride round your neighborhood early in the
mornings or in the evenings, you can also use the cycling machine at the
gym. Cycling can burn up to 700 calories in an hour.
BRISK WALKING

mostly in the evenings at least 10-30 minutes per day. This will help
