USEFUL EXERCISE TIPS DURING THE HOLIDAY SEASON


Even as the holiday season begins, do not get lazy about it stocking your stomach to large portions of food, drinks and sleep, try increase your physical activities during this holidays season. Exercise can burn up a few calories, reduce holiday stress, and renew your energy level. Here are a few simple exercises that you can start with;

                                                              CYCLING
If you have a bicycle, you can ride round your neighborhood early in the mornings or in the evenings, you can also use the cycling machine at the gym. Cycling can burn up to 700 calories in an hour. 
                         
                                                              BRISK WALKING

As the season begins, always take a brisk walk around your neighborhood mostly in the evenings at least 10-30 minutes per day. This will help balance your fitness.
