Today, a modern worker has a lifestyle of sitting in front of the computer, driving in a car to virtually desired destination and spending an evening in front of the TV.
Health experts worldwide view this inactive trend as alarming. However, there is no hassle-free exercise program and a sedentary life-style is harmful to your health and there is no vitamin, medicine, food, or surgical procedure that can replace your need to remain active. Just as you make the time for family, career, sleeping and food, it is vital that you make out time to remain physically active.
